Siting Homes and Driveway Layout
This service is the first step a client and his/her architect or builder may request for a design opinion for new construction. Standard concerns are the following: proper drainage, slopes, garden layout, hardscapes, and sun directions.
Master Planning
Master Planning includes site analysis of existing conditions, scaled base information, preliminary master landscape layout plans, revisions, client meetings, detailed plant list, maintenance schedule, construction details, and landscape lighting plan.
Construction Project Management
Management of a project includes the following steps of construction and installation:
- Written Construction Specifications
- Contractor bid package dispersion
- Plans submitted to Neighborhood or Architectural Review Boards
- Contractor bid collection and review
- Written Summary of Bids mailed to client
- Organizing/scheduling of contractors
- Installation inspections during construction
- Review of contractor payment requests
- Final inspection/punch list prior to any contractor receiving final payment
